Laser Ready 6 Pack Beer Caddy Template v.2 – (Digital Download – AI, SVG, PDF)

Plans or Template for a 6 pack beer caddy in Illustrator AI, PDF, and SVG file format that can cut used in a laser cutter. Originally designed to be cut on a Glowforge laser cutter. To give you flexibility to use different materials, I’ve included cut files for 2 different thicknesses of wood for the outside, and 3 different thicknesses for the internal dividers.

Recommended Wood For the Outside: 1/4″ Plywood
In addition to 1/4″, I have also included files to cut from proofgrade plywood, which is .209″ thick. If you buy 1/4″ plywood from a big box store, that is going to be closer to the proofgrade thickness, so use that. Use a calipers, if possible, to verify thickness before cutting. Designed to be pressure fit, tabs may need to be sanded down depending on your material.

Recommended Wood for the internal Dividers: 1/8″ Plywood
I have included cut files for 3 different thicknesses you can use for your divider: .125″, .18″, and .209″. Use a calipers to verify thickness for your dividers.

Use of Magnet slot is optional. Neodymium Magnet catches the bottle cap after beverage is opened. Neodymium Magnets – 1.26″D x 0.08″H from Amazon are not included.

Dimensions are 5.536 in x 9.314 in x 10.89 in. If you use inkscape or CorelDraw, import from PDF and verify the dimensions before you cut, as there has been a report of inkscape and Corel draw scaling this down. Yes, real & regular beer bottles fit in this.

Bottle opener is not included. Beer is not included. Neodymium Magnet is not included. No artwork is included in these files just the cut lines. Completed caddy pics posted as reference only.

This template is should be used as a baseline, and will need to be adjusted for kerf and fit depending on your material. You can alter this design to meet the needs of your material, but cannot resell this design as a digital file. (Yes, Even after you change the tab thickness, that is not allowed.)

This listing does NOT include any physical items. This is a template to be edited in design software like Abobe Illustrator, Affinity Designer, or Inksape. You will need to edit the text and add your own graphics to the file, and/or potentially alter the tab thickness. 2 different material widths are included in this download.
