This is a digital download of the STL file needed to 3D print the internal connectors to make your own 25% Dual Morph Truncated Octahedron Polyhedral.  I’ve also included the SVG, AI, and PDF files to use on a laser cutter to create the faces. The example pics above of an actual Polyhedral are for reference only.  No graphics, like the Celtic images, are included. You can customize the laser cut faces using design software like Adobe Illustrator, Affinity Designer, or Inkscape.

Access to a 3D Printer and Laser cutter is required to build this polyhedral!

Holes are sized for #6-32 screws. The 168 screws needed are not included, as this is a digital file. You will need a 3D printer, or access to one to print these.  The way these connectors are designed, you cannot scale this polyhedral up in size like some on my other connectors.  Final build size is around 9″ in diameter.

You will need to 3D print 24 connectors.  You will need to laser cut/print 74 faces.
– 8 Hexagons
– 6 Squares
– 12 Large Rectangles
– 24 Small Rectangles
– 24 Triangles

**Lightburn Users** – Please ensure your DPI settings are set to 72DPI – Illustrator under Edit -> Settings -> File Settings when importing the SVG, otherwise it will import at a smaller size. Some customers were seeing the smaller size due to incorrect import settings.

Acceptable Usage:
– Commercial and personal use is allowed for making and selling a physical item
– You may not resell, redistribute, or share the digital files for in any way!

Absolutely no returns on digital download items.
