This listing does NOT include any physical items. This is a template to be edited in design software like Abobe Illustrator, Affinity Designer, or Inksape. Images of completed board and tiles are for reference only.

– It contains a zip file with 16 files.
– 4 SVG files, 4 AI files and 4 PDF files. THE SVG, AI, and PDF files all contain the same thing, just saved as a different format.
– No physical items, only downloadable files
There are 2 templates. The first template is separated into 2 halves for the board game, and sized to fit in the acceptable cut range of a Glowforge laser cutter. (18.54″ Wide) You can scale this up if your printer supports it. There is now also a version included for the entire board, not separated. The tiles and tile tray are now also included.
– PINK: Cut line
– ORANGE: Score
– LIGHT BLUE: Engrave
– BLACK: Text Engrave
– Recommend that material used for the board and tiles is 1/4″ wood. I’ve had success using Cherry plywood from Owyn’s. 1/8″ Material should be used for the tile tray.

– You may not resell, redistribute, or share the digital files in any way!

Instructions: (or at least how I did it).
1. Mask the wood you’ll be using.
2. Secure to honeycomb tray with hold down pins.
3. Score the grid (orange) and cut the perimeter. (pink). Do not engrave the text or thick gridlines yet!
4. Remove board, but do not move the exterior, as you’ll be putting the board back in. This is your jig. Leave your glowforge on, and don’t use it for anything else in the meantime.
5. Remove the masking on the grid areas that need paint inside the score lines.
6. Paint the grid places appropriately. Let dry.
7. Remask.
8. Put back in laser in the jig and Engrave the text and gridlines (Black and light blue)
9. Repeat for other helf
