To assemble your new laser cut bird feeder, you will need some glue. You should also weatherize your feeder with poly before exposing to the elements.
Attach the side walls to the back ensuring that you’re sliding the shorter length tabs into the corresponding slots. Use wood glue to secure the walls in place if needed.
With the engraved side facing in, attach the clear acrylic front wall onto the side walls lining up the corresponding slots and tabs.
Attach the wood front wall onto the side walls over the front acrylic piece lining up the corresponding slots and tabs.
Slide the assembled walls down into the base.
Push the longer tabs into the front, acrylic/wood slots that protrude underneath the base. Use the shorted tabs for the back, wood slots. This will secure the base to the walls. Use glue if necessary.
Slide the 2 support beam pieces together to create 1 piece.
Slide the support beam through the the wall only.
Slide the first hanger onto the support beam and push to the front wall.
Slide the other hanger piece to the support beam, and then push the support beam all the way through until it stops.
Attach a circular piece with cross opening onto support beam and glue into place.
Attach and glue 2 of the circular pieces with cross openings to the front of the support beam.
Now that the support beam is assembled, you can glue the 2 hanger pieces in place.
Press the lower roof pieces into place using glue on the tabs.
Press the shorter of the upper roof pieces into place, and then slide down to lock into place. Do not glue this.
Press the longer roof piece into place and then slide down to lock into position. Do not glue.
Slide railing supports into base slots.
Attach railing to support tabs, using glue to secure.
Glue sign into place sliding tab into base slot.
You’re ready to fill the feeder with tasty seeds and hang proudly.
